At Print My Box, we aim to provide fast, reliable, and secure delivery for all your packaging and printing orders across the United Kingdom. Please read our shipping policy carefully to understand how we process and deliver your orders.
Processing Time
All orders are processed Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).
Standard processing time is 3 – 5 business days for ready-made products.
For custom packaging orders, processing and production time may take 7 – 12 business days, depending on design approval and order size.
You’ll receive an email confirmation once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping Charges
Standard Shipping → Free for orders above £250.
For orders below £250, a flat shipping fee of £6.99 applies.
Express & Same-Day Delivery charges are calculated based on weight, size, and delivery location, visible at checkout.
Track Your Order
- Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email or SMS with your tracking ID.
- You can track your shipment online via our courier partner’s website or through the Print My Box tracking portal.
